One of the most well know whisky cocktails, and one of the teams personal favourites.

- Sugar syrup (2tsp)

- 2 Dashes angustura bitters

- Splash of water

- 60ml Cask Hog Whisky

- Orange peel

Whisky Sour

The classic whisky cocktail with a festive twist.

- Crushed ice

- 50ml Cask Hog whisky

- Fresh lemon juice (1 tbsp)

- Fresh orange juice (1 tbsp)

- Sugar syrup (1/2 tbsp)

- 2 Orange slice
